The Pulpit Collection is open to everyone, members and non-members alike. Pulpit Club members do receive a reduced rate, so if you’re a member, just include your membership number in your inquiry and we’ll apply it to your booking.

Golf privileges at The Pulpit and The Paintbrush can be added to any stay for $400 per person per round. Pricing includes guest fees, carts, and Host caddy. Ask when you inquire and we’ll arrange tee times.

At Escarpment House, there is a one-week minimum stay requirement.

At the Pulpit Cottage and Brushview, one-night stays are available during the week. Weekend bookings require a minimum two-night stay.

The fee for rental of the Premises, and any packages and/or add ons purchased at the time of reservation, is outlined in your booking and subject to HST (collectively the “House Rental Fee and Golf if applicable”) The House Rental Fee will be charges to the credit card used at the time of booking as follows:

• A 25% pre-paid non-refundable deposit at the time of the booking to secure the reservation; and
• The remaining 75% pre-paid and golf fees 30 days before the arrival date.

Any reservations made within (30) days of the Arrival Date will require 100% of the House rental and golf fees at the time of booking.

No refunds will be given for early departures.

All pre-payments of the House Rental Fee and Golf Fees are non-refundable as of the time of payment.

If the Renter cancels the reservation thirty-one (31) days or more prior to the Arrival Date, payment of the second 75% of the House Rental Fee otherwise due thirty (30) days before check-in will not be charged. Prepayment of the first 25% of the House Rental Fee taken at the time of booking will not be refunded.

If the Renter cancels the reservation less than thirty-one (31) days prior to the Arrival Date, the entire House Rental Fee will be forfeited without refund.

The Pulpit Club reserves the right to cancel the reservation in their sole discretion provided they give Renter sixty (60) days prior written notice (“Pulpit Club Cancellation”) In the event of a Pulpit Club Cancellation, Renter will be provided a full refund of their House Rental Fee as well as any applicable golf fees and it shall be agreed that any such other remedy, right, entitlement or recourse are expressly waived and The Pulpit Club is fully released by the Renter to the fullest extent permitted by law.
